Returns and Exchange Policy of Valuejustice

Return Period

  • 30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item.

Conditions for Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at customersupport@valuejustice.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  3. Pack and Ship: Return the item in its original condition and packaging. Follow the instructions for returning to the address provided:

Restocking Fees

  • No Restocking Fee: No restocking fee is charged for returns.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: The shipping costs for returns are at your expense, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item received.

Return Label

  • Customer's Responsibility: When returning an item, customers are responsible for printing and attaching the return label to the package. The cost of return shipping is also the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item. Ensure the return label is clearly visible and the package is securely sealed. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for the return.

Exchange Policy

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at customersupport@valuejustice.com with photos and/or video clips of the wrong/damaged product. We will guide you through the exchange process and ensure a free exchange.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Received Wrong Product
